Just look at that valuable waterfront property. Every time I see it I think: condos. Eh, I’m probably the only one. The Miami Herald, Virtual Earth/Live Maps, etc. The picture below is best mashed emphatically in order to facilitate the closer inspection of the original map at a speed more to your liking.

About $52 million just for the parcel on the water, according to the Miami-Dade County Property Appraiser. That makes for an awfully big property tax bill.
