Newspaper office envy
By William M. Hartnett on May 28, 2007 in newspaper buildings
My wife and I swung by downtown Sarasota for the first time in a few years while driving down Florida’s west coast this weekend, and now I have a major case of newspaper office envy.
The Herald-Tribune’s still-pretty-new building looks great from the street. Didn’t see the inside, of course, but I’m sure it’s much better than the interior of the old building, which I last saw back in the mid-1990s.
Speaking of newspaper buildings, there’s a Flickr group for pictures of them.
