I heart Bose a whole bunch

Careful readers of the entire Hartnett back catalog will recall that my Bose QuietComfort 2 headphones broke three weeks ago, and that I was outraged given that they were so ridiculously expensive.
I’m happy to report that Bose is now on my list of companies that don’t suck. I went to the Bose Store today, told the clerk that my old pair broke, and he immediately sorted me out with a brand new set, gratis. Totally free of charge, no questions asked. I was in and out in three minutes.
