The Palm Beach Post introduced a new section today that I play a role in producing: Florida Home. It’s a weekly Saturday section that incorporates most of the elements of an old Sunday section called Good Life, but with much greater emphasis on real estate.
Each week we highlight one neighborhood, profiling the people who live there. We also show readers 12 years of sales data drilled all the way down to that individual neighborhood, not zoomed out to some arbitrary ZIP code or other useless scale. Our first neighborhood is PGA National in Palm Beach Gardens.
